1490 Southern Boulevard Construction Update

Foundations are in progress at 1490 Southern Boulevard in the Bronx. Erection of block and plank is imminent, and the building should begin to emerge over the summer and into the autumn.

The development, which contains 115 units of senior housing, will be completed in early 2021.
